London’s leading pub group, Cubitt House, is excited to announce the launch of a new event series, which will see guest chefs and friends of the group host a series of one-off evenings for hungry, food-loving guests.
Forming part of an ongoing series, the first event kicks off at the group’s newest opening, The Princess Royal in Notting Hill, with Cubitt House Chef Director Ben Tish cooking a multi-course Mediterranean feast from his book, Sicilia. The conservatory at The Princess Royal will be the setting for each of the subsequent confirmed events, hosted by Amber Guinness, Olia Hercules, Georgina Hayden and Letitia Ann Clark.
Each host will prepare a menu that showcases dishes from their recently launched cookbooks and sits well alongside the Cubitt House ethos which focuses on the best quality ingredients and fantastic hospitality. Guests will have the opportunity to speak informally with each of the chefs and hear directly from them on the menus, cooking and the inspiration behind their cookbooks.
