XI Home Dumplings Bay, the new dumpling restaurant located on Blossom St, E1 is excited to announce its first ever Dumpling Making Masterclasses.
This unique culinary experience invites food enthusiasts to roll up their sleeves and learn the art of crafting authentic dumplings from the experts at XI Home Dumplings Bay. Led by XI Home’s Head Chef Minnie Wang and Owner Wenjun Xiang, participants will explore the rich traditions of Northern Chinese dumpling-making, from crafting the perfect dough to creating delicious bespoke XI home fillings.
The Xi Home masterclass promises a hands-on experience where attendees can connect with fellow food lovers while gaining dumpling making skills in a welcoming and vibrant environment of the restaurant. “Dumplings are a universal comfort food, particularly in my hometown of Dalian.
